Telesales Executive – UK Campaigns (Debt, HDR, PCP Claims)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to join our team handling UK‑based campaigns in Debt, HDR and PCP Claims. The role involves both outbound and inbound calling, generating qualified leads and ensuring compliance with campaign guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls for assigned UK campaigns.
• Engage customers professionally, explain offers and generate quality leads.
• Maintain accurate call records and adhere to compliance standards.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve conversion rates and customer experience.

Required profile

• Prior experience in UK telesales, lead generation, claims handling or outbound calling.
• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Positive attitude and professional behaviour.
