Telesales Executive – Outbound Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to connect with prospective clients interested in migration and visa services. You will qualify leads, schedule consultations and support the sales team in expanding our international client base.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain migration/visa services.
• Understand client requirements and identify potential opportunities.
• Qualify leads and arrange consultations with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead‑generation targets.
• Build positive relationships through professional communication.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Required profile

• Freshers welcome; 0–5+ years of experience accepted.
• Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English.
• Confident speaking with clients over the phone.
• Positive, energetic and target‑oriented attitude.
• Good persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle queries and objections professionally.
• Previous BPO, telecalling, telesales or customer service experience is a plus.
