Telesales Executive (Junior & Senior)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join NAFCONNECT LLP in Kozhikode. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, presenting our matrimony services, and converting leads into satisfied members. You will work closely with the sales team to generate leads and build lasting relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain membership packages and matrimony services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication in Malayalam and English.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in telesales or customer service is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or tele‑calling software.
