Telesales Executive

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Executives to promote ICICI Lombard insurance products to potential customers. The role involves engaging prospects over the phone, understanding their needs, and offering suitable insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to generate leads and sell insurance policies.
• Present product features clearly and address customer queries.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Provide after‑sale support and follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Freshers are welcome; intermediate (12th pass) or any graduation qualification.
• Prior experience in a call centre, BPO, or voice process is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced sales environment.

Required skills

• Fluency in Tamil, Hindi, and English OR Malayalam, Hindi, and English OR Kannada, Hindi, and English.
