About the role

The Telemarketing Specialist will drive business growth by reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. This position focuses on outbound calling and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce products and services to prospective clients.
• Engage customers to identify requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to address inquiries effectively.
• Record and manage customer data accurately in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting sales goals.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and potential new offerings.
• Follow up on leads, conduct prospect research, and handle complaints within set timeframes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer‑service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑resolution abilities.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
