Telemarketing Representative – Outbound & Inbound Sales

About the role

K Communications is seeking a full‑time Telemarketing Representative to work onsite in Thane. The role involves handling both outbound and inbound calls to promote the agency’s services, generate qualified leads, and support ongoing sales campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Explain service offerings clearly and professionally.
• Generate and qualify leads, maintaining accurate interaction records.
• Achieve daily call volume and conversion targets.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and gather customer feedback.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing, business, or communications is a plus.
• Strong customer service and support abilities.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
• Solid sales aptitude with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Resilience in handling rejection and meeting call targets.
• Prior telemarketing, call‑center, or inside‑sales experience is advantageous.

Required skills
