About the role

The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, engaging with customers and leads to promote the company's offerings. This role requires strong communication abilities and a proactive approach to follow‑up activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers and leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and update records in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Deliver clear and professional communication to enhance customer experience.

Required profile

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or a similar customer‑facing role.
  • Good verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
