Telemarketing Executive – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Telemarketing Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role you will contact potential customers, generate interest in our products and services, and convert leads into business opportunities. The position is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with people, have strong communication abilities, and are motivated by sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products/services.
• Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with interested prospects and nurture them through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update interactions in CRM systems.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Consistently work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 12th grade with relevant sales or telecalling experience also considered.
• 0–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, inside sales, customer service, or lead generation.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
