Telemarketer – Sales, Marketing & Recruitment

About the role
We are seeking energetic Telecallers to support our sales, marketing, and recruitment initiatives. The role involves making and receiving calls, generating leads, promoting services, and assisting with candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and candidates.
- Handle inbound queries related to products, services, and job opportunities.
- Promote company offerings and assist in marketing campaigns.
- Maintain call logs, lead data, and recruitment records in Excel.
- Support recruitment by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and following up.
- Coordinate with sales and HR teams to ensure smooth execution of processes.
- Build and manage a network of prospects and candidates.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to multitask across sales, marketing, and recruitment functions.
- Good organizational and record‑keeping abilities.
- Access to a laptop and comfortable with phone‑based communication.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking sales, marketing, and recruitment data.
