Telemarketer – Outbound Sales & Customer Service

About the role

TRUVO Life is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Telemarketer in Delhi to drive outbound outreach for its internet, smart‑home, and security solutions. You will engage prospective and existing customers, introduce our integrated services, and help generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to present TRUVO’s offerings.
• Qualify leads, handle objections, and schedule appointments or demos for sales representatives.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow up on inquiries, provide basic product information, and answer customer service questions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets in a target‑driven environment.
• Collaborate closely with sales and customer support teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with prospects.
• Solid customer‑service orientation and ability to provide clear information.
• Sales aptitude to qualify leads, handle objections, and support conversions.
• Effective appointment‑scheduling abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call‑center software.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call‑center environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Delhi and maintain consistent performance.
• Proficiency in spoken English and Hindi; additional local languages are a plus.
