Telemarketer (Outbound Calls)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Telemarketer to join our Mumbai office. In this role you will contact prospective students and their families, introduce our overseas education services, and generate qualified leads for our counseling team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and families to discuss study‑abroad goals.
• Explain program offerings, countries, and services offered by Envision.
• Update call records accurately in the CRM system.
• Schedule appointments for counselors and follow up with interested prospects.
• Handle basic inquiries, address objections, and maintain persistence to meet daily call targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage diverse audiences.
• Customer‑service mindset with a professional and helpful demeanor.
• Sales orientation to convert leads and support enrollment goals.
• Comfort with high‑volume phone outreach and objection handling.
• Basic computer literacy; prior telemarketing or education‑service experience is an advantage.
• Minimum high school diploma; a graduate degree is preferred.
