Telemarketer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Telemarketer to join our team in Kerala, India. You will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce our digital solutions, qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote Ashline’s UI/UX, web, mobile, robotics and digital marketing services.
• Explain service offerings clearly, answer client questions and record information in the CRM.
• Qualify leads, set up meetings and follow up on warm prospects.
• Meet daily call targets while maintaining a professional phone presence.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and outreach initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Effective sales and customer‑service abilities to present offerings and handle objections.
• Experience in appointment scheduling and coordinating follow‑ups.
• Comfort using phones, CRM tools and basic computer applications for call logging and data entry.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kerala and meet daily productivity targets.
• Prior telemarketing, inside‑sales or call‑center experience is an advantage.
