About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telemarketer to join our digital marketing team in Lucknow. You will engage potential and existing clients by phone, introducing our range of services and helping to generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing clients by phone to present digital marketing solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads, ensuring they meet predefined criteria.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Record call outcomes and maintain accurate data in CRM or internal systems.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries and follow up on previous communications.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to achieve daily call quotas and targets.
• Maintain a professional and client‑focused telephone demeanor at all times.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
• Customer‑service orientation to handle inquiries and provide a positive caller experience.
• Sales and appointment‑setting aptitude to qualify prospects and arrange meetings.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (social media, SEO, online advertising) is an advantage.
• Comfort using phones, computers, and CRM or call‑tracking software; ability to work on‑site in Lucknow and meet daily call quotas.
