Telecalling Lead Conversion Specialist

About the role
The National Olympiad Foundation is looking for a confident telecaller who can engage prospects over the phone and convert leads into participants for its educational programmes. You will work from the Saket office in Indore, following a standard 9 am – 6 pm schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Present the benefits of NOF Olympiad programmes and answer queries.
- Track lead status and update the internal database after each interaction.
- Achieve daily and monthly conversion targets set by the team.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to persuade and build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Comfortable working in an office environment with fixed hours.
