Telecalling Executive – Work From Home

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Telecalling Executive to join our outbound call centre team on a work‑from‑home basis. The role involves contacting prospective customers, promoting services, and handling inbound queries while adhering to a domestic shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and promote company offerings.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain call logs and update customer records in the system.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets as defined by the team lead.
• Follow established scripts and compliance guidelines.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer support or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently from home.
• Reliable internet connection, laptop, and power backup.
• Possession of an Android smartphone for work‑related apps.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to use standard office applications and web‑based call tools.

What we offer

• Salary up to 15‑22 k per month.
• Six‑day work week with one week off.
