Telecalling Executive – US Night Shift – Thane

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to join our International Voice Process team in Thane. You will handle US‑based customers, provide financial guidance, assist with enrolments and ensure a high‑quality experience. Freshers are welcome and structured training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with US clients and deliver financial advisory support.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable financial or insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance protocols.
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets set by the business.
• Provide exceptional customer service while upholding company standards.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑handling abilities.
• Willingness to work US night‑shift timings.
• Basic computer knowledge with multitasking capability.
• Graduate, 10+2 or college dropout; freshers with good communication are encouraged.
