About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our growing legal technology team. This entry‑level position focuses on outbound outreach, lead generation, and building relationships with potential customers.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and clearly explain our services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects via calls and messages to nurture interest.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call logs.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets.
Required profile
