Telecaller (Travel Lead Qualification)

About the role

As a Telecaller at Dimaak Tours, you will be the first human voice that contacts leads generated through Meta Ads and other marketing channels. You will understand each traveller's preferences, qualify genuine interest, and route qualified prospects to the appropriate Travel Planner.

Key responsibilities

• Call fresh leads daily from Meta Ads, campaigns and other sources.
• Gather information on destination, budget, timeline and travel interests.
• Qualify leads and identify high‑potential travellers.
• Assign qualified leads to the right Travel Planner with clear notes.
• Maintain accurate lead status and follow‑up details in the CRM.
• Conduct timely follow‑ups to ensure no interested lead is missed.
• Provide regular feedback on lead quality to the marketing team.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling, sales or a customer‑facing calling role.
• Fluency in Tamil and English; Hindi or another South Indian language is a strong plus.
• Clear, friendly and confident phone manner with good listening skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
• Basic proficiency with mobile, WhatsApp and CRM or spreadsheet tools.
• Target‑driven attitude and reliable follow‑up habits.
