Telecaller – Sales & Lead Generation

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Telecaller to join our team and drive sales and lead generation efforts. The successful candidate will engage with prospective clients over the phone, understand their needs, and convert inquiries into qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inbound inquiries.
• Present products/services persuasively and address client questions.
• Generate and qualify leads, ensuring accurate data entry into the CRM system.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Achieve monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and sales conversions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing or lead generation.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using telephone systems and basic computer applications.
• Experience with CRM tools for tracking leads (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
