About the role

We are looking for an energetic Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our fast‑growing compliance startup. You will engage with prospective clients over the phone, explain our services, and turn interested leads into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

Make inbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
Clearly explain Solvetax’s CA and business compliance services.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and client data.
Coordinate with the internal CA/support team to meet client requirements.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Required profile

Strong communication skills in Telugu and English (Hindi is a plus).
Target‑driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
Basic computer knowledge.
0–2 years of relevant experience.
