Telecaller – Outbound & Inbound Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Telecaller to join our Jaipur office. You will handle both outbound and inbound calls, informing potential and existing clients about CAONWEB’s Alibaba.com solutions and B2B growth services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries to promote CAONWEB services.
• Explain service offerings clearly, answer questions, and guide prospects through enrollment or onboarding.
• Maintain accurate call records and update client information in internal systems.
• Follow up on leads to support conversions, renewals, and business targets.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to resolve client queries promptly.

Required profile

• Strong communication and telephone etiquette with diverse clients.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to handle high call volumes.
• Comfort with sales‑oriented activities such as lead follow‑up and explaining benefits.
• Good listening and problem‑solving skills to understand client needs.
• Prior telecalling, customer support, or inside‑sales experience (preferably B2B).
• Minimum high school diploma; a graduate degree is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jaipur and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
