Telecaller – Outbound & Inbound Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Telecaller to join our Business Development team in Mahim, Mumbai. You will handle both outbound and inbound calls, engage prospective and existing clients, and generate qualified leads for our exhibition design and stand‑build services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and exhibitors to introduce our services.
• Answer inbound calls, provide information about exhibition stall design, fabrication, and event solutions.
• Identify client requirements, schedule meetings or demos with the Business Development team.
• Follow up with prospects via calls and emails and maintain accurate call records.
• Log leads, follow‑ups, and client responses in CRM or spreadsheets.
• Achieve daily and monthly call volume and lead‑generation targets.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing colleagues to ensure smooth lead handover.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, B2B sales, lead generation, or international calling.
• Excellent English communication skills with a convincing phone presence.
• Comfortable speaking with US clients and handling basic client queries.
• Target‑oriented, confident, and professional attitude.
• Prior exposure to the US market or exhibition industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using CRM systems for lead tracking.
• Basic computer literacy.
