Telecaller – Outbound & Inbound (Jaipur)

About the role

Digital Smart Technology is looking for a full‑time Telecaller to join its Jaipur office. You will handle both outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, explain the company’s communication and digital marketing services, and support customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Bulk SMS, Bulk Voice, WhatsApp Business API, IVR, and other digital solutions.
• Receive inbound inquiries, provide clear information, and guide callers through service options.
• Maintain accurate call logs, update CRM records, and track lead status.
• Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel and achieve daily targets.
• Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Customer‑service orientation with empathy, patience, and a professional phone manner.
• Basic sales and persuasion abilities, able to handle objections and encourage conversions.
• Good time‑management and organizational skills to manage call volumes and follow‑up schedules.
• Prior experience as a telecaller, call‑center representative, or inside‑sales agent is preferred.
• Minimum higher secondary education; diploma or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy and ability to use calling software and CRM tools.
