About the role
We are looking for a proactive Telecaller Executive to join our Mumbai office. You will be the first point of contact with prospective clients, introducing our technology solutions and supporting the sales team in daily activities.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to present our IT and software services.
- Engage leads via calls, emails and follow‑up messages.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Generate new leads and support cold‑calling campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow‑ups and CRM entries.
- Promote our services and collect customer feedback for improvement.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling or client‑facing experience.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability in lead generation and cold calling.
- Experience in outbound sales, IT, SaaS or e‑commerce is a plus.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Ghatkopar East, Mumbai.
