About the role
The Telecaller Executive will connect the company with customers via phone, email, and chat to drive sales, generate leads, and resolve queries for a manufacturing client.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to pitch products or qualify leads.
- Handle inbound customer support calls and queries.
Required profile
- 2.0 to 3.0 years of relevant experience.
- CTC salary range: 1.20 LPA to 2.40 LPA.
