About the role
The Telecaller Executive will act as the voice of the company, connecting with existing and prospective customers via phone, email, and chat. The role focuses on generating leads, promoting products, and resolving customer queries to drive sales and enhance satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to pitch products, qualify leads, and follow up on prospects.
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats, providing timely support and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and update call logs.
- Achieve daily call volume and conversion targets as defined by management.
Required profile
- 2 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or call‑center environments.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting.
