About the role
The Telecaller Executive will connect the company with customers via phone, email and chat to drive sales, generate leads and resolve queries. The role involves both outbound prospecting and inbound support across multiple locations, primarily Raipur.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to pitch products, qualify leads and follow up on lead files.
- Handle inbound customer calls, address queries and provide support.
- Participate in weekly call planning and review meetings with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate data sourcing, lead tracking and mail drafting.
Required profile
- Good communication skills and ability to handle customers and clients.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience range from freshers to 3 years, depending on the specific opening.
