Telecaller – Event Outreach

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Telecaller – Event Outreach to join our Raipur team. In this role you will connect with industry professionals and invite them to our specialised manufacturing events, helping to expand our client network and drive event participation.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential delegates, manufacturers, OEMs and other industry stakeholders.
• Introduce ToolingTales/Maftec events, clearly explaining the agenda, relevance and participation benefits.
• Invite relevant professionals to attend and actively participate in upcoming events.
• Understand the interests and requirements of contacts and provide appropriate guidance.
• Follow up with interested participants, maintaining regular communication.
• Update lead and call records accurately in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with marketing and event teams on registrations and outreach activities.
• Share feedback and insights gathered during calls to improve future outreach.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach in every interaction.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, B2B calling, sales support, event outreach or a similar role.
• Fluent in Hindi and English with clear, confident communication.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills, comfortable speaking with senior professionals and business owners.
• Ability to explain information clearly and engage people over the phone.
• Good follow‑up and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM, spreadsheets or call‑tracking systems.
• Ability to meet daily calling and outreach targets.
• Professional, courteous attitude and interest in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
