Telecaller – Customer Outreach Role

About the role

Assetra Associates is seeking enthusiastic Telecallers to join its Bangalore team. In this role you will engage with customers over the phone, generate leads, and support the sales pipeline through effective communication and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to promote services.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Provide clear information, answer questions, and resolve basic customer issues.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada or Telugu.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and adapt.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate standard office applications.
• Result‑oriented mindset with commitment to meeting targets.
• Customer‑friendly approach and professional demeanor.
