Telecaller (Bengaluru) – Customer Support & Verification

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our Bengaluru team at thecarecircle. You will be the voice that connects caregivers with families, ensuring that every nanny is verified and ready to care for children.
Key responsibilities
- Speak with caregivers to complete verification processes.
- Coordinate with baby caregivers to confirm their availability and interest.
- Follow up on verification requests and keep families updated on the status.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada or Tamil is a strong plus.
- Comfortable making 120+ calls per day with patience and empathy.
- Prior telecalling or customer‑support experience preferred, but freshers with excellent communication are welcome.
- Female candidates are preferred.
