Tele Sales Executive

About the role

Marut Drones is seeking a proactive Tele Sales Executive to drive business development through inbound and outbound customer interactions. You will qualify leads, nurture prospects, and create sales opportunities for our innovative drone solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads for the sales team.
• Communicate product and service information based on customer requirements.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups to maximize conversion rates.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries promptly.
• Achieve lead generation and engagement targets.

Required profile

• Graduate (12+ years of education) with 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
• Fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, Assamese, Bengali, and Marathi (spoken, read, and written).
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Target‑oriented mindset with a passion for customer engagement.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
