Tele Caller (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Tele Caller to join SmartOnlineCourse.com’s remote team. In this full‑time position you will engage prospective learners, share information about our risk‑management and compliance courses, and support the enrollment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via phone and introduce our online certification programs.
• Answer inquiries, provide detailed course information, and address concerns.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and drive enrollment.
• Collect feedback and maintain accurate communication records in the CRM.
• Assist the enrollment process and ensure a personalized experience for each learner.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience or interest in telemarketing or customer service.
• Willingness to learn about online education, especially in risk management, insurance and compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet targets.
• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Working knowledge of CRM systems.
