Tele Caller – Outbound Sales & Recruitment Support

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Tele Callers to join our team. You will engage with prospective clients and candidates over the phone, supporting both telemarketing and recruitment activities while representing our training services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, students, and institutions to explain services and generate leads.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Maintain accurate call records and customer databases, meeting daily and monthly calling targets.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, contact them, and explain job roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and keep recruitment trackers up to date.
• Provide continuous follow‑up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities, able to handle multiple tasks under targets.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and a team player.
• Any graduate/diploma holder or final‑year student; 0‑1 year experience in telemarketing, customer support, or recruitment (freshers welcome).
