Tele Caller – Full‑time Outbound Role

About the role

Uni1 India Company is seeking a motivated Tele Caller to join its Bengaluru office. In this full‑time position you will engage prospective customers over the phone, answer inquiries, and help promote the company’s uniform and related product range.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers across schools, colleges, corporates and factories.
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow‑up.
• Promote Uni1’s uniform, footwear, clothing and school‑supply solutions via persuasive phone conversations.
• Record interactions and update customer data in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to persuade and influence customers over the phone.
• Active listening and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in regional languages for effective outreach.
• Educational qualification of 12th grade, graduate, diploma or equivalent.
