About the role
The Tele Caller Executive will act as the voice of the company, connecting with customers via phone, email, and chat to drive sales, generate leads, and resolve queries for the AdBlue manufacturing business.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to pitch products or qualify leads and handle incoming customer support calls.
- Nurture potential clients, schedule appointments and follow up regularly to close sales.
- Log call outcomes, update customer records and document feedback accurately in CRM systems.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly call, sales or resolution metrics.
Required profile
- Education: High school diploma (10th/12th pass) or a bachelor's degree.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening and polite phone etiquette.
- Basic computer literacy with familiarity in MS Office (Excel) and CRM software.
- Ability to handle rejection, manage stress and stay resilient.
