TechOps CloudOps Support Center Practitioner

About the role

EY is seeking an Infrastructure and Operations Engineer to join its Global Delivery Services TechOps team. The role focuses on supporting Windows and Linux platforms, basic networking, and application operations within cloud environments, while contributing to DevOps and IT Service Management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for Windows and Linux operating systems, including troubleshooting and basic networking issues.
• Assist with application operations, deployment processes, and development best practices.
• Execute ITSM workflows such as Incident, Change, and Root‑Cause Analysis (RCA) following documented SOPs and knowledge bases.
• Utilise observability and monitoring tools (Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, Zscaler, OEM tools, database performance analyzers) to ensure system health and performance.
• Support ServiceNow re‑implementation activities, including configuration and ticket management.
• Maintain technical documentation, upgrade procedures, and organizational change management records.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts and application support.
• Experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, RCA) and ServiceNow.
• Ability to work with monitoring and observability tools.
