Technology Engineer - Redis Platform

About the role

A Bengaluru-based role seeks a Technology Engineer focused on Redis to design, implement and manage enterprise Redis platforms supporting high-performance, real-time applications. The focus is on platform administration, performance optimization, disaster recovery, security and operational excellence across cloud and on-premises environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and administer Redis environments for enterprise applications, managing clusters for high availability, scalability and resilience
• Configure replication, failover, backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Optimize Redis performance for caching, messaging and real-time workloads
• Handle capacity planning, monitoring, tuning, patch management and troubleshooting
• Implement automation to simplify platform administration and support cloud-native and on-premises deployments
• Maintain security and governance compliance, support production incidents and keep technical documentation up to date
• Work with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security and Operations teams and drive platform governance

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience
• Redis administration and cluster management
• Preferred: banking or financial services experience
