Technology Analyst – Workday Integration

About the role

The Technology Analyst – Workday Integration will join the Employee Digital Services (DMH) team, focusing on HR applications. You will act as a product developer within the HR Workday integration team, delivering design, development, testing and ensuring business satisfaction for integration and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle backlog items from conception through delivery, ensuring high‑quality integration solutions.
• Design, maintain and operate inbound and outbound technical flows for the Workday HR system.
• Investigate issues, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective action plans.
• Conduct impact analysis and support system evolutions based on agreed requirements.
• Monitor daily integrations, support campaign execution and perform non‑regression testing.
• Ensure architectural compliance with the integration strategy under Tech Lead guidance.
• Maintain operational and technical documentation and contribute to stakeholder management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience with Workday integrations and HR systems.
• Proactive attitude, ability to drive backlog items and collaborate with European stakeholders.

Required skills

• Workday integration types: EIBs, Core Connectors (PECI/WECI/CCW), Document Transformation, Workday Studio, SOAP/REST APIs.
• XML, XSLT, JSON.
• Microservices architecture awareness.
• Benefit Connectors, Time and Payroll integrations.
• Workday security model, especially Integration Security.
• Familiarity with Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Time Off/LOA.
• Agile methodology experience (plus).
