Technician – Maintenance & GMP Documentation

About the role

Sun Pharma is seeking a dedicated Technician to manage maintenance and GMP documentation for its Parenteral Process equipment at the Halol facility. The role combines hands‑on equipment upkeep with strict compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices, ensuring reliable production and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Authorize and sign engineering GMP documents, breakdown maintenance memos, preventive‑maintenance checklists and history cards.
• Perform breakdown repairs and routine maintenance on Parenteral Process equipment.
• Execute preventive‑maintenance tasks according to schedule and update related checklists and history cards.
• Coordinate effectively with QA, Production and other inter‑departmental teams.
• Handle modification activities and support project work for equipment and system upgrades.
• Maintain GMP documentation in line with SOPs.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
