About the role
The Technician (Grade I) is responsible for the cleaning, operation, and maintenance of production machinery while ensuring all related documentation complies with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. The role supports the production team by maintaining equipment reliability and training junior staff.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning, operation, and preventive maintenance of assigned machines.
- Maintain GMP documentation, including equipment logbooks, physical monitoring records, and housekeeping logs.
- Train and guide sub‑ordinates to achieve consistent production efficiency and product quality.
- Assist in standardising production activities to meet organisational goals and GMP compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in machine operation or maintenance.
- ITI or Diploma qualification in a relevant technical field.
- Understanding of GMP requirements and documentation practices.
- Ability to train and supervise junior personnel.
