Technical Training Consultant – Agentic AI Bootcamp

About the role

NIIT is seeking a technically strong instructor to lead a multi‑day bootcamp on an Agentic AI Framework and its associated compliance and automation tooling. The program serves forward‑deployed engineers, technical practitioners, business analysts, and consulting professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical sessions covering agentic AI system design, multi‑agent orchestration, runtime policy enforcement, and AI tooling prototyping.
• Translate dense technical concepts into clear explanations for audiences ranging from advanced engineers to career‑transitioning participants.
• Run live demonstrations and facilitate labs, monitoring progress, providing targeted support, and troubleshooting environment issues.
• Manage cohorts of 50‑100 participants in virtual or hybrid settings, creating a safe learning environment and adapting pacing in real time.
• Provide structured daily openings, debriefs, and concise recaps linking lab outcomes to subsequent modules.

Required profile

• Proven ability to teach complex AI concepts to diverse technical audiences.
• Experience delivering virtual or hybrid training sessions at scale.
• Strong communication skills to explain multi‑service architectures and end‑to‑end request flows.
• Capability to identify and assist participants who are stuck, using pairing or targeted interventions.
