Technical Trainer – Pharmacy (Delhi)

About the role

The Technical Trainer – Pharmacy will design, deliver and coordinate training programs for pharmacy staff across retail outlets in Delhi. The role aims to enhance employee capabilities, ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs, conduct analysis and customize training methodology.
• Prepare and maintain a monthly training calendar.
• Deliver internal training on supervisory development, soft skills, technical and process topics for frontline associates.
• Conduct bi‑monthly induction and new‑hire training programs.
• Plan and execute ongoing training for existing employees.
• Provide on‑the‑job training at retail outlets.
• Coordinate with HR to receive new‑joiner lists, submit attendance, track assessments and address attendance or uniform issues.
• Maintain training databases, generate fortnightly training plans and MIS reports, and record actual training expenditures.
• Gather customer feedback, relay operational issues to relevant teams, and integrate operations modules into new‑hire training.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of relevant training experience in the retail industry.
• Self‑motivated with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation and passion for delivering training.
• Willingness to travel to retail outlets for on‑the‑job training.
• Fluent in English, Hindi and the local regional language.
