Technical Trainer – Pharmacy (Delhi)

About the role

The Technical Trainer – Pharmacy will design, deliver and manage training programs for pharmacy retail staff in Delhi. The role focuses on creating a high‑impact learning experience that enhances employee performance and ultimately delights customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse training needs and customise training methodology.
• Prepare and maintain a monthly training calendar.
• Coordinate and deliver internal training covering supervisory development, soft skills, technical and process topics for frontline associates.
• Plan and deliver bi‑monthly induction and new‑hire training programs.
• Conduct on‑the‑job training at retail outlets.
• Collaborate with HR to receive new‑joiner lists, submit attendance, track assessments and provide counselling.
• Maintain training databases, generate fortnightly training plans and MIS reports, and record monthly training expenditures.
• Encourage supervisors to collect customer feedback, gather branch issues and coordinate with operations for solutions.
• Liaise with operations to deliver operational modules during new‑hire training.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of relevant training experience in the retail industry.
• Self‑motivated with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation and passion for delivering training.
• Willingness to travel to retail outlets for on‑the‑job training.
• Fluent in English, Hindi and the local regional language.
