Technical Support Analyst – Engineering Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to provide hands‑on support for a portfolio of applications used in maintenance, engineering, asset reliability and EHS across our global biopharma sites. The role combines incident resolution, system upgrades, integration support and documentation while ensuring compliance with GMP/GxP and cybersecurity standards.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve incidents and service requests for COTS, SaaS and cloud‑hosted applications, meeting agreed SLAs.
• Execute application upgrades, patches and releases, including impact assessments, deployment, smoke testing and rollback planning.
• Support integration activities such as interface configuration, data exchange validation and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Maintain SDLC and GMP documentation, risk assessments, test evidence and audit‑ready records.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs and reporting visualisations to monitor service health.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4‑7 years of experience in application support, technical analysis or IT operations.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma, life‑sciences) preferred.
• Ability to learn multiple business applications and work with cross‑functional teams.
