About the role
We are seeking a motivated professional to lead technical recruitment and vendor management for our Jaipur office. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for contractual and full‑time IT positions while managing relationships with external vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for IT roles using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Ceipal.
- Coordinate the end‑to‑end hiring process for C2C, C2H, and FTE positions.
- Onboard new vendors, maintain vendor data, and ensure diverse skill‑set coverage.
- Manage contractual hiring across multiple technical domains.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in core recruitment, preferably in the IT sector.
- Proven ability to work with vendors and handle contractual hiring.
- Immediate availability or able to join within 10‑15 days.
