Technical Recruiter – US Talent Acquisition (Onsite in Ahmedabad)

About the role

We are seeking a driven, people‑focused Technical Recruiter to lead US talent acquisition for our clients. Based onsite in Ahmedabad, you will partner closely with hiring managers across IT, non‑IT and engineering functions, managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for IT, non‑IT and engineering roles targeting the United States market.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, timelines and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and creative channels.
• Screen, assess and interview candidates to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback and maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future openings.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using the ATS and tracking tools.
• Stay informed on US hiring trends, compensation benchmarks and compliance standards.

Required profile

• 0‑5 years of experience recruiting for US‑based positions.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and manage multiple requisitions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
