Technical Recruiter

About the role

Libra AI is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join its fast‑moving, early‑stage team in Bangalore. You will help build the AI coworker platform by finding and hiring top technical talent across engineering, product and growth functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical recruiting, from intake to offer, for software engineers, ML/AI engineers, product managers and designers.
• Source candidates where they live – LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, niche communities, referrals, events and cold outreach.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, the founder and engineering leads to translate vague role descriptions into clear hiring plans.
• Screen candidates for technical signal, understanding differences between frontend, backend, full‑stack, ML infrastructure and AI research roles.
• Run a fast, respectful interview process, keeping candidates engaged and moving quickly.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Champion an excellent candidate experience for every interaction.
• Leverage AI‑assisted sourcing and screening tools, including Libra AI’s own product.

Required profile

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably at product companies or startups.
• Demonstrated ability to hire software engineers, ML/AI engineers, product managers and designers.
• Strong technical intuition and the ability to hold credible technical conversations.
• Self‑starter attitude with a focus on results and candidate experience.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of frontend, backend, full‑stack, ML infrastructure and AI research roles.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
• Experience using AI‑driven recruiting tools for sourcing and screening.
