Technical Recruiter (IT) – Night Shift, Mohali

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end IT hiring for our US and Canadian clients. The role is based in Mohali and operates on a night shift to align with North American business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract IT talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and referrals.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for roles in Software, Cloud, Data, DevOps, QA, Network, and Infrastructure.
• Coordinate interview schedules, manage offer processes, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet ongoing hiring targets.
• Track recruitment KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–7 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for US/Canada markets.
• Hands‑on experience with staffing agencies or direct client hiring.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
