Technical Recruiter – ERP & Enterprise Technology

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition for ERP and enterprise technology positions. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and coordinating candidates across Oracle, Salesforce and related enterprise systems, supporting both offshore and near‑shore hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for ERP‑related roles (Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).
• Manage full‑cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer coordination for offshore and near‑shore positions.
• Partner with U.S. hiring managers and global teams to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Screen candidates for technical, functional and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of ERP consultants, developers, architects and project managers.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn and networking to attract top talent.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and keep accurate records in the ATS.
• Stay updated on ERP talent market trends and compensation benchmarks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within ERP, enterprise applications or IT consulting.
• Proven track record recruiting for Oracle ERP, Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of ERP roles such: functional consultants, developers and solution architects.
• Experience working with U.S. based clients or teams and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours with overlap into U.S. time zones.
