Technical Project Manager – Water & Wastewater Solutions

About the role

Gradiant India is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead engineering and design execution for water and wastewater treatment projects worldwide. You will work under the Head of Engineering, guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, on‑schedule solutions for critical industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering design from basic process concepts to detailed P&IDs, equipment sizing, and piping layouts.
• Conduct value engineering, feasibility studies, and process optimization for assigned projects.
• Review quotations, fabrication drawings, and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Prepare general arrangement, piping detail, skid and module arrangement drawings.
• Collaborate with project managers, QA/QC, fabricators, and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support commissioning activities and manage technical warranty claims.
• Mentor engineering staff and facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, or related) with solid experience in water/wastewater treatment projects.
• Proven ability to manage engineering teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of design standards, health and safety requirements, and client liaison.
